The 2016 Nepean Disability Expo – This Friday 16th & Saturday 17th September
The Nepean Disability Expo is the leading opportunity to connect with people with a disability in the Nepean, Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains, Western and broader Sydney area. The largest & most successful of its kind, the Nepean Disability Expo is run by the community for the community.
The Expo brings together service providers and specialist organisations with consumers and their families, caseworkers, teachers and carers with the aim to enhance the lives of people with a disability. The Expo is FREE entry for everyone and will include:
- NDIA Staff & Government Agencies
- Over 100 Disability Service Providers and Specialist Organisations
- Huge line up of Kids Entertainment
- Live Stage Performances & Guest Speakers Including Graeme Innes
- Cafe serving food & beverages
Now that the National Disability Insurance Scheme has become a reality, almost 14,000 Nepean residents with disabilities will gain greater control over their lives and the services they choose.
The keenly anticipated, Nepean Disability Expo offers a crucial opportunity for people with a disability to find out about the latest Products, Aids, Services, Technologies and Equipment available.
Get involved, build networks, socialise, have fun and meet people with similar interests and disabilities.
