Why Sponsor?

If you work with people with a disability or provide relevant services or products, this Expo is your opportunity to be seen as an active supporter of their community. With the NDIS informing the options available to your potential clients, many decisions about service, and products will be made at this Expo. Your clients, their families and their carers will be there! Sponsoring the event will enable you to stand out and be noticed.

Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors also receive a stand to exhibit and can choose to have a tailored exhibition space.

Participation in the Nepean Disability Expo gives you:

  • direct access to consumers in an environment where people are seeking your products and services;
  • an effective venue to showcase your product or service to people who need to know what you have to offer—high profile people with disabilities and excellent entertainers and speakers will attract the people who need to see your product or service;

How will we promote the Expo and you?

The Nepean Disability Expo effectively places your name before the public as an organisation that cares about people with a disability.

The expo will be promoted within the Penrith, Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Western Sydney and the broader Sydney region.

The Nepean Disability Expo will be promoted through:

  • a local media campaign through the Penrith, Hawkesbury,  Blue Mountains Western Sydney and broader Sydney areas;
  • a public relations campaign through local and Sydney-wide media to lift the profile of  the event and place it on the calendar across greater western Sydney;
  • the Expo website, which will also be widely promoted through social media;
  • print and email resources to assist sponsors, exhibitors, government departments and other service providers to promote the event to their clients;
  • large banners on major roads including over the main street of Penrith, the Great Western Highway (Glenbrook) and the M4 Motorway (Mays Hill, St Marys, Orchard Hills);
  • brochures in locations frequented by potential consumers;
  • Facebook feeds to maintain a social media presence for the Expo.

Our sponsors and exhibitors are proud to be associated with the Expo and also advertise extensively through their own websites and regular communications with clients. Please ask us for appropriate graphics and copy for inclusion in your material.

 

Sponsorship Options

There are numerous opportunities for you to ensure your name is clearly linked with the Nepean Disability Expo. Sponsorship gives your organisation a strong profile through the event and ensures that the Expo is freely available to those who need it most.

NADO_platinum_icon.pngPlatinum Sponsorship

As a platinum Sponsor your contribution will be acknowledged at the Official Opening of the Expo. In addition you will:

  • Receive a double 6 x 3 exhibitors’ booth positioned to benefit your organisation
  • VIP privileges throughout the Expo
  • Have 8 slides per run providing information about your organisation displayed continuously on screens through the Expo and lounge areas.
  • An opportunity to “host” a Q&A adjacent to your display and to meet government and consumer leaders
  • Your name right up front! Your product or service will be featured during the opening session.
  • Exhibitor Briefing opportunity. This places your name before other exhibitors and sponsors and provides excellent direct access to exhibitors and sponsors, including the opportunity to introduce your organisation during the briefing session.
  • Website: Your brand will be given a prominent profile and link on the event website.
  • Social Media: You will be recognised and linked as the major sponsor in key social media associated with the event.
  • Major Event Sponsor – You will be recognised as the major event sponsor.  Your brand will be displayed in a prominent position on all communication materials and signage and will be profiled regularly over the PA during the event.
  • Print, TV and Radio Media: You will be invited to be part of our media campaign in the lead up to the event

As a Gold Sponsor you will receive:

 

  • A larger 4 x 3 single exhibitors’ booth positioned to benefit your organisation. 
  • 4 slides per run providing information about your organisation displayed continuously on screens through the Expo and lounge areas.
  • Website: Your brand will be displayed and linked as a Gold sponsor on the event website.
  • Social Media: Your brand will be recognised and linked from key social media associated with the event.
  • Communication materials: Your brand will be acknowledged as a Gold sponsor on key communication materials for the event.
  • Acknowledgement in event advertising: Your brand will be displayed on key advertising materials for the event and will be periodically profiled at least twice per day over the PA during the event.
  • Print, TV and Radio Media: You will be invited to be part of our media campaign in the lead up to the event

  • a single 3 x 2 exhibitors’ booth positioned in the main booth area. 
  • Have 2 slides per run providing information about your organisation displayed continuously on screens through the Expo and lounge areas.
  • Website: Your brand will be recognised as a Silver sponsor on the event website.
  • Social Media: Your brand will be acknowledged and linked on key social media sites associated with the event.
  • Communication materials: Your brand will be displayed as a silver sponsor in key event communication material and where possible on event advertising. You will be acknowledged at least once per day over the event PA.

Additional Sponsorship Options

  • Main Stage Sponsor - Have the opportunity to sponsor the main stage with signage of your organisations name & logo. Situated in a prominent position the main stage will gain significant exposure hosting product demos and performances throughout the Expo.
  • Café Sponsor - Have the opportunity to sponsor the Café area with signage of your organisation's name & logo. Situated in a prominent position the Café will gain significant exposure providing attendees with food and refreshments throughout the Expo.
  • Expo Competition/Draw Sponsor - Sponsor a competition or draw during the Expo and be recognised on the entry form & when the prizes are drawn.
  • Technology Sponsor - The opportunity to have your brand profiled on the Expo mobile app and all technology devices in use at the Expo.
  • Main Stage Product Demo - Have the opportunity to provide Expo attendees with a demonstration of your product in action on the main stage.
